Consultations, Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Requests for consultations are subject to a conflicts review and acceptance by Jomarron Law. Submission of an inquiry or payment of a consultation fee does not mean that Jomarron Law has agreed to represent you beyond the scope of an agreed consultation.
If Jomarron Law offers a paid consultation, the applicable fee, duration, and scheduling terms will be disclosed before payment. Payment entitles you only to the consultation described at the time of booking. Any representation beyond the consultation requires Jomarron Law's agreement and a separate written engagement agreement.
Jomarron Law may decline or cancel a consultation if a conflict of interest or other ethical or professional issue is identified. If Jomarron Law cancels a paid consultation before it occurs, the consultation fee will be refunded.
Any cancellation or rescheduling terms applicable to a paid consultation will be disclosed at the time of booking. Questions or disputes concerning a payment may be directed to Jomarron Law at jjomarron@jomarronlaw.com or (786) 936-1827.
Fees, retainers, costs, refunds, and termination rights relating to any representation beyond a consultation are governed by the applicable written engagement agreement and applicable law.
